1. Who we are

PostTTS ("we", "us", "our"; also informally known as TTSPost, Post3t, Pos3t, or Pos3ts) is a text-to-speech service operated by Relibrain, a company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. PostTTS operates the website posttts.com and provides a service that turns article content into audio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that is strictly needed to run the service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and a salted hash of your password when you register. We never store your password in plain text.
• Site and content metadata — the site identifiers, article URLs, and titles you submit for audio conversion.
• API keys — machine-generated tokens you create in your dashboard. Only a hashed form is stored after creation.
• Usage data — number of conversions, audio minutes generated, and request logs for rate‑limiting, billing, and abuse prevention.
• Technical data — IP address, user agent, and request timestamps, kept in short-lived server logs.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment card numbers (payments are handled by a third-party processor), or biometric information.

3. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you at login.
• To perform the service you requested — converting your article text to audio.
• To enforce quotas, prevent abuse, and protect the service from fraud.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To send you transactional emails (account verification, security alerts, billing).
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third‑party AI models.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in after login. We do not use third‑party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

5. Third-party services

To deliver the service, we use the following sub-processors. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, database (D1), object storage (R2). Privacy Policy.
• Email sending provider — transactional emails only.

We share the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform its function.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes. Request logs are retained for up to 90 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS everywhere, password hashing, API-key hashing, least-privilege access, and regular security reviews. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we take this responsibility seriously.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and personal data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to certain processing activities.

9. Children's privacy

PostTTS is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network, which may process data in multiple regions. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
