Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostTTS (the "Service"; also informally known as TTSPost, Post3t, Pos3t, or Pos3ts), operated by Relibrain at posttts.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PostTTS is a software-as-a-service platform that converts text content from websites into audio using text-to-speech technology. It exposes a JavaScript embed, a REST API, a WordPress plugin, and automation integrations.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@posttts.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of any third party, including copyright and privacy rights.
  • Convert content you do not own or are not authorized to convert.
  • Generate audio that is defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or impersonates any person without consent.
  • Generate synthetic voices to mislead, deceive, or commit fraud.
  • Distribute malware, spam, phishing, or other harmful material.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
  • Resell, sublicense, or abuse the Service in a manner that harms the platform or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans, quotas, and billing

The Service offers a free tier with monthly limits and paid plans with higher limits. Plan details, quotas, and prices are published on the Pricing section of the site and may change over time.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the text content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to generate and deliver audio to you.

Generated audio files are yours to use, subject to these Terms. Do not use them to impersonate real people without written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by PostTTS and protected by copyright and trademark laws. The open-source WordPress plugin and embed script are licensed under the terms stated in their LICENSE files (GPLv2 and MIT, respectively).

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.

8. Availability and changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice where appropriate.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTTTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostTTS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
